Michael's acrylic painting after Cezanne, using ultramarine blue. 
A very good painting using limited palette and impasto 
(no washes). This is going to be developed replacing the 
blues by mixing cobalt blue with the other colours on 
his limited palette (no black).

of impasto, broken colour and texture. Interesting 
painterly contours created by colours side by 
side rather than use of lines and blending.

school townscape. Great tonal values and even 
application of paint to create flat 'modern English' look.
